We work without micromanagement. If you take charge of something, it's your responsibility — in the best sense. We trust before we verify.
We'd rather deliver well and slightly later than deliver fast and incur technical debt. Technical debt is real debt, and we take it seriously.
What we build must solve real problems for real businesses. We value people who have that ground-level sensitivity.
Cybersecurity moves fast. We look for people who stay informed for pleasure, not obligation — CTFs, threat intel, experimentation.
