Your data is processed by Matrix-Tech only. It may transit through the following technical sub-processors, strictly within the scope of their missions: • Resend (transactional email sending) — GDPR compliant, DPA available • Vercel (site hosting) — Compliant infrastructure, EU data processing possible No data is sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Data security
Matrix-Tech implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction. Data transmissions are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Access to data is strictly limited to those who need it.
6. Cookies and trackers
This site does not use third-party tracking or behavioural analytics cookies (Google Analytics, etc.). Strictly necessary technical cookies may be used for the site to function (session, security). These cookies do not require your prior consent.
7. International transfers
Vercel (site host) is a US company. Browsing data may therefore transit to US servers. Vercel is committed to complying with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Business processing (emails via Resend) is carried out under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission).
